First drafts and trials and the minimum product were the creation of Marius Vasilescu. Radu Lupu verified and streamlined the statistics behind our initial estimation algos. Early front-end products were crafted by Vasile Varzaru. Alex Muller helped with the look and feel, Mircea Petrea with first presentations and Liviu Fetic kept track of tasks.
Most of the initial ideas were designed. implemented, tested and finally abandoned or transformed along the way. Virtualy none of the initial lines of code survived to this day: yet this project will not be now the way it is without all that exploratory effort and the contribution of all the people involved in various stages.
The legal entity behind the project is SMART TRADE CONSULT SRL, an authorized investment advisory firm headquartered in Buzău, 7 Nufărului Street. Since its establishment in 2006, its majority shareholder has been Andrei Anghel.
